 Most people are unaware of the cost and time involved in making all natural soap products. My soap is made with active lye in concert with distilled water, pure vegetable and more than ample imported essential oils. I make my soap in small controlled batches and every batch is a personal achievement. It then sets on racks for a few days to harden enough for cutting. Then it's cut into loaves and eventually individual 4- 5 oz individual bars. They are returned to the rack for more drying and curing often for several weeks. After the curing and hardening we test for pH and record our results on QC log. If acceptable we hand groom the soaps, inspect each bar and clean up imperfections then we label or box and prepare them for marketing and sale. It's a costly and time intensive process, but it's well worth it especially when you see, smell and feel the results on your skin. Blue Dolphin Soaps are excellent personal soaps and they make unique specialty gift choices for most all occasions.
